The Red Rocks Builders Team
Our company President, Paul Thomas, is a 35 year home building veteran. He started as a Superintendent and Project Manager for Witkin Homes in 1977. Witkin Homes was one of Denver's largest homebuilders at the time. They were purchased by U.S. Home, and eventually merged into Lennar. He went on to become Vice President of Construction for the Roy Daly Company, a real estate development firm out of Kansas City. He later became Vice President and Division Manager for Richmond Homes (now known as Richmond American Homes). He managed the Richmond Customs Division, including Piney Creek in Aurora and The Ranch in Westminster.
Paul was a member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver Quality Construction Committee from 1994-2007, and taught a certification class for construction superintendents. He was a member of the Jefferson County Task Force that drafted standards for construction in 1993, and the 1995 Home Builders Association (HBA) Expansive Soils Task Force. He was recognized by the HBA in 1995 for "your commitment to establishing and improving quality construction standards for the betterment of the housing industry." He is acknowledged by the Colorado Geological Survey for contributions to the publication The Guide to Swelling Soils for Colorado Homebuyers and Homeowners. In 2010 he received his Certified Green Professional designation from the National Association of Home Builders.
The design, engineering, and construction teams assembled by Paul to build your new Red Rocks home are among the most experienced you will find. Go to our Partners page to learn more about who we work with.
